Data Preloading Service

We can preload presentations, product catalogues or any other promotional materials you desire. Whether it is to supply important data to your clients or just to reinforce your company message, preloading your custom  USB flash drive with data is an excellent concept. A Flash Drive is purely a data storage device so we can preload any type of data.

AUTO-RUN FUNCTION

Custom USB Flash Drives can be fitted with a function known as Auto-Run. This feature allows your preloaded data to launch automatically when the user plugs the custom USB Flash Drive onto their computer. Auto-Run works by the addition of an extra file to the root of the customer USB Flash Drive called Auto-Run.

PANTONE MATCHED SHELL

Should you require a promotional product in a precise colour not covered by our standard colour range, we can produce the product exactly to any Pantone colour you specify, in addition to printing your logo on the product. The minimum order quantity for Pantone matched product shells is 500 units. An additional charge may apply so please consult our sales team. Only Pantone colour reference will be accepted to reference colours (CYMK references cannot be used).

FILE LOCK/DUAL ZONE

If you want to protect your data from deletion by the final user then we would recommend a Dual Zone Flash Drive. This special Flash Drive unites the flexibility of a standard USB Flash Drive with the read-only nature of a CD-ROM. When you insert the Flash Drive into your USB port, 2 drive icons will appear, one is for the read-only CD-ROM zone and the other for a standard removable drive (user area).

VOLUME LABEL

This is the name assigned to the Flash Drive when the disk is first formatted or created. Our factory can customise this name on your request up to a maximum of eleven characters.  The customised device appears with this name when plugged into a computer.

Screen printing

Screen printing is most frequently used in various types of usb flash drives,such as metel usb, plastic usb disk, wood usb drive and so on,but  it can’t do shader color and more chromatography

Laser Engraved

Laser engraving is used primarily on metal type objects. Stainless steel and silver or gold metal promotional premiums are often laser engraved with an image as an alternative to pad printing or less effective methods of promotional branding.

Doming

This is a printing technique that gives a logo a 3D effect on a 2D surface. This branding option is available on all DOMED USBs. It is essentially a digital print with resin cover. Logos with gradients and shades can also be printed. Doming makes the print stand out even more and keeps it perfectly visible even when used frequently.

Embossing

Leather, PVC and paper items are often embossed. Certain leather promotional items can also be blind embossed leaving an image impressed into the product.

Pad printing

Pad printing is where a silicone pad is used to lift an image from a printing plate after it has been inked and transferring the image to the surface on which you wish to print. Each colour in the design requires an individual printing plate. You are restricted as to how large an image can be reproduced depending on the type of product, the contours of its surface and the overall appearance of the final product.

Digital printing

When a full colour printed logo is required, or the logo color has gradual change effect,Digital printing provides excellent reproduction quality. This is the most widely used printing technique around the world.
